If you are not delighted with your 'first-ever' Dance Buzz class, you may cancel within 24 hours of completing the class for a FULL REFUND.

Cancellations prior to the start of the course will accrue an administration fee of $15 per person. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• COURSES are NOT REFUNDABLE. 

• COURSES are NOT TRANSFERABLE as courses are progressive, they are unable to be transferred from person to person.

• If you are unable to complete your course, course enrolment may be transferred over to the next block at the same level. Transfer fee of $15 is payable at time of transfer request.

• Each course timetable and fees are valid only for the duration of each block of classes enrolled in and are subject to change at Dance Buzz’s discretion and without notice.

• Classes continue as normal on all public holidays unless otherwise stated.

• Dance Buzz reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrolment numbers. We will as soon as possible notify you before the scheduled class. You may receive a full refund of your tuition or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.

• On adding your e-mail address to your online/offline registration form you will be added into our newsletter database. You may ask to have it removed at anytime.

• If you have given us your mobile number we will be sending you SMS reminders and special offers for courses that you are enrolled in. You may ask to have it removed at anytime

• Class Numbers are restricted and places are filled on a first come first served basis. Booking is essential as class numbers and ratios are monitored. Enrolments are accepted subject to class ratios at the time.

• All students must obtain competency before moving to the next level. All bookings are only accepted at a level guided by Dance Buzz instructors.

• Group classes will involve a rotation of dance partners on a regular basis. If you only want to dance with the same partner for your own personal reasons, you may do so by stepping out of the line and letting your instructor know about it.

Catch up classes may be possible but are not guaranteed:
It is a student's responsibility to attend the courses enrolled in. Catch Up classes may be available but there is NO GUARANTEE, so please do not rely on this backup to avoid disappointment. Catch ups may be possible in either a class at the same level or a class in an appropriate level below. Catch up classes are subject to the availability of space/ratio in a student's relevant class or levels below. It is essential to pre-book a catch up class. Catch up classes are non-transferable and not refundable.

Payment terms:
Full course payment is due at the time of the booking. 

Method of payment:
You may secure your course using online payment, EFT or cash. You may request a receipt.

Private classes are pre-paid at the time of the booking. Cancellations are only accepted if made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Privacy Policy
Your personal details and email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any other mailing lists without your prior consent which dancebuzz.com.au will seek by way of a specific request in writing. Dance Buzz will not use or disclose your email address for any other purpose, without your prior written consent.

Online Payments
All Dance Buzz online bookings and purchases are processed through Stripe software platform. Your credit card details are not stored by Dance Buzz.
